After receiving a commerce degree from Lakehead University I set out to make a list of all the "dream" companies that I would love to work for. The idea was to review available job positions to better understand career learning opportunities. The most common positions required or preferred individuals with design and programming skills.

Driven by a curiosity for problem-solving and a desire to enhance my skillset, I began my coding journey with humble beginnings. Starting from scratch, I immersed myself in the world of programming and design.

Through persistence and practice, I overcame numerous challenges and setbacks along the way. My experiences navigating the complexities of coding instilled in me a deep appreciation for the learning process and the importance of community support.

For my presentation I will share my story on learning to code, working at AirSuite Inc. and will walk students through a 'how-to' demonstration of a simple website that mimics their school website.
