Angela has extensive experience in education, farming, and working with the local business community which has equipped her with the skills necessary to build strong and meaningful client relationships. She leverages these skills in her work as a Project Development Supervisor at CES to document and collect valuable knowledge that then gets processed and incorporated into mapping deliverables.
Ericka uses her GIS and environmental experience to provide well-informed and scientifically sound solutions for communities in her role as the GIS Manager. Considering herself a lifelong learner, she is constantly working to develop her professional and technical skillsets, and loves exploring innovative new technologies that can support her work.
Presentation:
They will give a brief overview of who they are, what they do, and some examples of mapping and GIS applications/projects.
Their activity is weather-dependent but could involve either/or marking up hardcopy map printouts, and/or going outside for a drone demonstration to get a fun video of the school grounds that could later be shared with the teacher.

Area of Expertise: They specialize in GIS and mapping using a variety of tools such as GNSS equipment (for maps and surveys) and drones. We also specialize in creating tools to visualize spatial data and online mapping products.
Technology Requirements: Internet, and HDMI connectivity/projector for presentation. They will bring their own laptops.
