James is the CEO and Founder of a Thunder Bay startup focused on improving healthcare through AI. His interest in technology began at a young age. With a father who was an entrepreneur in technology and a mother committed to nursing, conversations about innovation and patient care were part of everyday life. After earning a degree in Computer Science and working on research projects at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, he founded his company in 2024 to build responsible AI tools that help doctors reduce administrative work, improve communication, and work more efficiently. Alongside developing healthcare technology, he is committed to helping Thunder Bay better understand AI, how it works, and how it can be used thoughtfully to strengthen our community.
